MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His international success has seen him break into mainstream Latin music. Una Lady Como Tu from 2016 was awarded a Colombian Kids Choice Award as Favorite Song for the year 2017. His debut album ADN was made available by La Industria Inc., an Medellin-based Sony distribution firm. Its Top Latin Albums chart ranked the album at 8. Following that year, he joined forces with Ozuna to create Vaina Loca that climbed to number five on the chart of Top Latin Albums. Mala Influencia was which was released in the year 2020, by Noriel and his Dopamina album that year. Later in 2021 he performed the duet for the TINI streaming hit single Maldita Foto. The 2023 album of 2000 which featured the smash hit La Bachata. Turizo came from a musical household the mother of his younger brother and father are musicians. In his interviews, he's described participating in music as compulsory. When he was a kid playing the guitar ukulele as well as piano. His initial goal was to be a veterinarian, the brother Julian convinced him to take singing classes with a Cuban teacher and the end consequence of him discovering his gift as a singer altered his entire life.
